  • Reese’s just launched a new Marshmallow Cup and brought back its Strawberry PB&J Cup.
  • Both flavors are inspired by classic childhood sandwich combinations.
  • The limited-time cups are available now nationwide in multiple sizes.

I’ve never met a Reese’s I didn’t like, in any shape, size, form, or suspicious seasonal iteration. And there is definitely something to be said for the glory days of peanut butter and marshmallow fluff—or my own more dangerous era of eating peanut butter and jelly at an alarming frequency until basic self-respect stepped in. But Reese’s may have just found me a loophole.

The brand is going full lunchbox memory lane with two limited-edition cups: a brand-new Reese’s Marshmallow Cup and the returning Reese’s Strawberry PB&J Cup. One is built for the fluff crowd, one is here for the crust-cut sandwich people, and both are trying very hard to make you feel eight years old again.

The new Marshmallow Cup pairs Reese’s usual milk chocolate and peanut butter with a layer of marshmallow-flavored filling. The Strawberry PB&J Cup, which first showed up last year, is making its way back with a layer of strawberry-flavored filling tucked inside the usual chocolate-and-peanut-butter setup.

And this is not just Reese’s throwing darts at a flavor board for fun. The PB&J version apparently earned enough love in its first run to get invited back, while the marshmallow flavor has been one of the brand’s more loudly requested ideas online.

“Somewhere between childhood and adulthood, lunch lost its magic,” Melissa Blette, Senior Brand Manager for Reese’s, said in the announcement. “Reese’s is here to shake things up and bring the fun back with a bold, signature combination that is unmistakably Reese’s.”

These are both built around combinations people already know, just pushed into peanut butter cup territory. No one is reinventing the wheel, but Reese’s is giving it a chocolate shell and asking us to get a little nostalgic.

Both flavors are available now nationwide for a limited time in Standard Big Cups, King Big Cups, and Snack Size Bags. So if you were the kind of kid who loved a PB&J, or those sticky fluff sandwiches, this is your moment.
