2 min read- To celebrate the premiere of Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu, Burger King is releasing a limited-edition menu inspired by the movie.
- The menu includes the BBQ Bounty Whopper, Grogu’s Garlic Chicken Fries, Grogu’s Blue Cookie Shake, and Imperial Cheddar Ranch Tots.
- The menu will be available starting on May the Fourth at participating Burger King locations nationwide.
The newest film in the Star Wars Cinematic Universe, Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu, premieres next month—and Burger King is ready to celebrate. The fast food chain is rolling out a limited-time menu in honor of the movie. And, from the looks of it, the food is going to be out of this world.
The Mandalorian-themed menu features four dishes inspired by a galaxy far, far away. First is the BBQ Bounty Whopper, which combines a flame-grilled patty with Swiss cheese, bacon, and a creamy Bounty BBQ sauce. The burger is also stacked with lettuce, tomato, and pickles and packaged in a helmet-shaped carton.
Burger King is also using Mando-inspired packaging for its Imperial Cheddar Ranch Tots, which are stuffed with melty cheese, fluffy potatoes, and ranch seasoning.
The menu wouldn’t be complete without an homage to Baby Yoda, though. The promotion also includes Grogu’s Garlic Chicken Fries, which uses a garlic-Parmesan seasoning and garlic dipping sauce to upgrade the chain’s signature snack.
And, to finish your meal with something sweet, you can also order Grogu’s Blue Cookie Shake. Burger King describes it as a “hyperspace swirl” of vanilla soft serve, blue cookies, and blue sugar cookie syrup.
Each menu item is available individually or as part of a bundle or combo. Every bundle or combo purchase unlocks one of four exclusive collectible cups. Burger King is also offering a Kids Meal that comes with either a Hamburger or a four-piece nugget, along with applesauce, fries, a drink of your choice, and a Mandalorian-themed toy.
The Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu menu will be available at participating Burger King locations nationwide starting on May the Fourth (naturally). And, if I’m being honest, I can’t imagine a better way to celebrate the premiere.
