  • Red Lobster is bringing back its popular Endless Shrimp promotion for a limited time after a two-year break.
  • The deal previously contributed to major losses and became part of the chain’s bankruptcy story.
  • This year’s version includes a new Marry Me Shrimp option alongside several returning favorites.

Red Lobster’s Endless Shrimp deal has long been one of the chain’s most beloved promotions—and at one point, most expensive mistakes. After a brief but disastrous run as a permanent menu item, which led to an $11 million quarterly loss and contributed to the brand’s spiral into bankruptcy, Endless Shrimp seemed gone for good—until now.

Endless Shrimp is officially back at participating Red Lobster locations for a limited time. Dine-in guests can once again order as much shrimp as they want in five different preparations, along with their choice of side.

The returning lineup includes some longtime fan favorites: Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Shrimp Linguine Alfredo, Walt’s Favorite Shrimp, and Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp.

There’s also one new addition to the mix: Marry Me Shrimp. Red Lobster’s riff on Delish’s original recipe features tender shrimp in a tomato cream sauce, topped with a garlic-and-herb crumble.

“Endless Shrimp has been a part of Red Lobster’s legacy for 20 years and our guests have never stopped asking for it,” CEO Damola Adamolekun said in a statement.

Adamolekun, who made headlines when he took over Red Lobster and revive the dying brand, previously suggested Endless Shrimp would not be a part of the restaurant’s next chapter. In a 2024 interview with TODAY, when asked why the deal would not return, he joked, “Because I know how to do math.”

But customer demand seems to have changed his mind.

“We’re excited to bring it back, for a limited time, in a way that works for our business today and honors what made it special from the beginning,” Adamolekun said. “Because when our fans talk, we listen.”

If you’re as excited about the Endless Shrimp comeback as we are, now’s probably the time to locate your nearest Red Lobster—and put on your stretchy pants.
