- Chipotle is bringing back its Hockey Jersey BOGO on April 20 after 3 p.m. local time.
- Customers in the U.S. and Canada who wear a hockey jersey in-store can get a buy-one-get-one entree deal.
- The chain is also releasing a limited-edition Chipotle hockey jersey through the Chipotle Rewards Exchange.
I would not describe myself as a huge hockey person. Somehow, though, the Heated Rivalry craze and all the gay hockey discourse got me to my first New York Rangers game last month. As it turns out, the jersey part may have benefits beyond aesthetics.
Chipotle is bringing back its Hockey Jersey BOGO for the sixth year in a row, timed to the start of the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs. On Monday, April 20, after 3 p.m. local time, anyone who walks into a participating Chipotle in the U.S. or Canada wearing a hockey jersey can get a buy-one-get-one entree.
That means the random jersey in your closet may suddenly have real value.
There are a few rules, naturally. The deal is in-restaurant only, so it won’t work for mobile, online, or delivery orders. Each free item has to be paired with an entree of equal or greater value, kids’ meals do not count, and the promotion is capped at five free menu items per check.
The promotion is an annual Chipotle playoff tradition, and this year the chain is adding a little extra to the whole thing with a limited-edition Chipotle hockey jersey. Only 75 will be available through the Chipotle Rewards Exchange, which feels like a pretty niche but committed crossover between burrito loyalty and hockey culture.
Chipotle is also continuing to tie the promotion to its larger involvement with hockey. The company says it has contributed more than $190,000 to hockey organizations across North America through hockey-related fundraisers, including more than $52,000 raised through over 300 fundraisers in 2025 alone.
But if your main concern is your burrito bowl, the assignment is pretty simple: show up after 3 p.m. on April 20, wear a hockey jersey, and make it count.
