Best New Costco Foods To Buy In April 2026

Estimated read time4 min read

  • Costco’s rotating inventory is bringing plenty of new food finds to warehouses this April.
  • Bakery newcomers like raspberry-filled sugar cookies and blueberry caramelized cheesecake croissants are already getting a lot of attention.
  • Other standout finds include Dole Whip cups, Vietnamese coffee ice cream, protein pretzels, and taco-inspired pork sticks.

April is officially here, and there’s plenty to celebrate. The weather is warming up, the flowers are blooming, and Costco locations across the country are refreshing their inventory. You can find exciting new foods at the warehouse all year long, but I’d argue that spring is one of the best times to discover something especially delicious.

April also marks the return of bakery favorites like the lemon blueberry loaf and carrot cake. Costco starts stocking summer-ready snacks early, too, so you can get a head start on planning beach days and backyard barbecues. If there were ever a time to stop by your local warehouse, it’s now.

Delish editors spend plenty of time wandering the aisles, checking social media, and refreshing the online inventory to find the latest and greatest foods at Costco. We rounded up the most exciting warehouse additions this April, so you know what to buy on your next shopping trip. Here are the things you shouldn’t miss:

Tropical Guava Passion Dole Whip

Now you can buy Disney’s most beloved theme park treat without splurging on a ticket. Dole recently introduced Dole Whip to the freezer aisle, including a brand-new Tropical Guava Passion flavor. Delish editors tasted it as soon as it launched and immediately fell in love.

Costco is making it even easier to enjoy the tropical treat with an eight-pack of individually portioned Dole Whip cups. This dairy-free, fruit-forward dessert is one of the best ways to usher in the warmer weather, in our opinion.

Kirkland Signature Raspberry-Filled Sugar Cookie

Costco’s cookie variety pack is constantly cited by members as one of the best treats in the bakery department, but these new seasonal cookies just might upstage the classic. These Raspberry-Filled Sugar Cookies are a new-and-improved version of the discontinued Raspberry Crumble Cookies, and you can get 15 of them for just $10.99.

Each powdered sugar-dusted cookie is filled with sweet raspberry jam. Paired with the delicate, almost shortbread-like texture, they feel like the kind of thing that could easily steal the show at an afternoon tea.

Righteous Felon Craft Jerky Street Taco Pork Sticks

Costco recently rolled out a new protein-packed meat stick that’ll spice up your snack routine. Righteous Felon Craft Jerky makes a pork-based stick with seasoning inspired by tacos al pastor. The chipotle and ancho peppers bring more savoriness than spice, while the pineapple adds a welcome burst of brightness with every bite.

This taco-inspired snack is available in a 12-pack at Costco for $13.49. And with eight grams of protein per stick, what more could you ask for?

DeeBee’s SuperFruit Organic Freezie Pops

I subsisted primarily on Otter Pops as a child, but these organic ice pops from DeeBee’s have become my go-to frozen treat in adulthood. Each all-natural pop is sweetened with 100 percent fruit juice and puree—meaning no refined sugars or petroleum-based food dyes—and contains just 25 calories per serving.

Costco warehouses nationwide are now carrying a 35-pack of DeeBee’s SuperFruit Freezie Pops for $9.99. Each pack includes three flavors: Strawberry Lemon, Mango Orange, and Blueberry Pomegranate. I can confidently say there’s not a bad flavor in the bunch.

Kirkland Signature Blueberry Caramelized Cheesecake Croissants

It doesn’t take much for us to add a Costco dessert to our carts, but we nearly sprinted to our nearest warehouse after hearing about these croissants. The Blueberry Caramelized Cheesecake Croissants are individually wrapped in paper liners, which help keep all of that golden caramelized sugar inside.

Each pastry features a generous layer of cream cheese filling, plus blueberries studded throughout the dough. The bottom is soft, sticky, and almost too decadent, while the streusel topping adds just the right amount of texture to balance everything out. A six-pack costs $12.99.

Maven’s Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream

Anyone who loves an affogato needs to head to their nearest warehouse immediately. Mavens Creamery is helmed by two sisters who create ice cream flavors inspired by their Vietnamese heritage. The brand’s Vietnamese coffee ice cream is now in Costco’s freezer section, and each pack comes with two pints for $15.99.

The traditional combination of robusta coffee and condensed milk makes for an ice cream that’s rich and not overly sweet. Members have described it as “phenomenal” and appreciate the strong “coffee flavor that linger[s] after every spoonful.”

Kindling Dill Pickle Protein Pretzels

Almost every brand seems to be releasing a protein-ified version of classic snacks, but very few of them earn the Delish stamp of approval. Kindling’s Protein Pretzels are one of the exceptions. Each serving packs eight grams of protein while somehow avoiding the dreaded chalky aftertaste.

The snack also taps one of the trendiest flavors around right now: Dill pickle. The tangy, herbaceous seasoning blend captures the taste of a pickle without going too hard on the acidity. Each 16-ounce bag costs $9.99, which breaks down to about 67 cents per serving. If that’s not a good deal, I don’t know what is.
