  • Harry Styles appeared as a guest on the YouTube series Royal Court to promote his upcoming album.
  • The singer revealed that he enjoys eating rotisserie chicken with his hands directly over the sink.
  • The admission is a surprise for some fans, because the singer has self-identified as a pescatarian for years.

Let’s face it: Celebrities aren’t always relatable. We may never appear on a red carpet or jet-set across the world. But if you’ve ever been hungry after a Costco run, you may have something in common with Harry Styles.

To promote his upcoming album, Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally, Styles appeared on the latest episode of the online series Royal Court (fellow citizens of Broski Nation know how big a deal this is).

The episode answered many of his fans’ most pressing questions—like “What would he look like with a crown and prosthetic elf ears?” and “What does his YouTube algorithm look like?” (The answer to the latter is, apparently, a lot of clips from Supernanny.)

But Styles also gave us an inside look into his life that we didn’t know we needed. When Broski asked him about his favorite fast food, the singer answered simply: “I really like burgers.”

Honestly, same. While the answer itself isn’t exactly groundbreaking, the rationale behind it is.

“I think I just like eating with my hands. It’s the truth,” Styles said. “It’s like I love a turkey leg…My sister always talks about the idea of ‘girl dinner.’ Boy dinner, I’ve discovered, is just eating a rotisserie chicken over the sink.”

For some fans, the news may come as a surprise. During a 2022 concert, fans tossed chicken nuggets on the stage, and Styles told the audience, “I don’t eat chicken, sorry. I don’t eat meat.” That’s apparently no longer the case.

Still, fans in the comments felt seen by his rotisserie chicken habits. “He really is just a man at the end of the day,” one user wrote. Another added, “I was NOT ready to hear Harry Styles say ‘boy dinner.’”

We never need an excuse to add a rotisserie chicken to our carts. But now that we know that it’s celebrity-approved? A trip to Costco just skyrocketed to the top of my to-do list.
