Even if the Eggnog Latte is still living rent-free in your head (a full three months longer than it should be) or you’ve been loyally rotating between the new-ish Pistachio Cream Cold Brew and Caramel Protein Matcha, allow me to introduce you to a new obsession—or, ahem, obsessions. Starbucks’ official spring menu has entered the chat.

Today, the Seattle-based coffee giant released all-new Iced Lavender Cream Chai, Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato, and Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew. And honestly? You’re about to forget all about your earlier menu hyperfixations. Trust me, I’ve tried them all!

Here’s everything you need to know about the Starbucks spring menu drop—including what to add to your order rotation ASAP.

The chain is ushering in lavender season once again, but this time with an all-new creation: The Iced Lavender Cream Chai—alongside returning faves like the Iced Lavender Cream Matcha and Lavender Latte. And let me tell you, Starbucks just did their big one with this creation.

The warm spices of chai (cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and ginger) married with subtle floral notes from the lavender-infused cream foam top could not feel more seasonal—it’s perfect for this in-between season. It says, “Winter’s not quite over, but spring is undoubtedly on its way.” All in all, the bevvy is light and bright, with the right balance of flavors for a refreshing, easy sip.

Plus, ICYMI, Starbucks has reworked its entire chai recipe to make it more customizable—you can control the sweetness, spice, and overall intensity without sacrificing the drink’s identity. It still has those classic black tea and warm spices we all know and love.

If you want to start manifesting vacay vibes now, try Starbucks’ new Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato. You’ll feel like you’ve been transported to a Caribbean island with sun and fun thanks to the tropical and nutty espresso drink. The ube and coconut play off each other so well, creating a sweet, slightly tropical flavor profile that effortlessly balances the rich espresso. It’s layered, bold, and creamy all at once.

And bonus points: It will look so aesthetic on your Instagram Stories—the colors are wow.

If you’re not quite adventurous enough for the Iced Lavender Cream Chai or Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato—or just like something a little more classic—the Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew is the perfect order. In fact, it’s my favorite option from the entire spring menu. The coconut mellows the rich, cold-brew flavor (without letting it overshadow) and tastes seasonal without triggering a full-blown sugar rush. It has more of a caramelized, nutty sweetness than a dessert flavor—perfection.
