  • Burger King is inviting customers to call or text President Tom Curtis with feedback.
  • The brand says every message will be reviewed and responded to, and Curtis will return as many calls as possible daily.
  • Burger King says more direct guest touchpoints with leaders and franchisees are coming later this year.

Everyone’s had the moment. You get your order, something’s off, the service is a mess, and you’re questioning whether it’s worth saying anything. Then you remember the usual options are a receipt survey you’ll never fill out or a feedback form that feels like yelling into the void.

Burger King is basically saying: don’t bother with the void. Call the president.

They’re now officially inviting guests to call or text their president, Tom Curtis, directly at (305) 874-0520 to share feedback about their experience. The company says Curtis will personally return as many calls as he can each day, and that every message will be reviewed and answered. Curtis framed it as an extension of BK’s “Have It Your Way” identity, with guests acting as the brand’s most important advisors.

“There’s nothing like hearing from Guests firsthand, so I’m excited to have an even greater opportunity to have live open and honest conversations, ask questions, and see how we can create an even better Burger King together,” he said in a statement.

The idea is that real-time texts and calls can help Burger King keep improving everything from restaurant operations to the overall guest experience, without filtering it through a generic feedback pipeline.

And this isn’t coming out of nowhere. Burger King has been leaning into customer-driven input for a while, including things like the Million Dollar Whopper contest (where fans pitched their dream Whopper builds) and “Whopper by You,” which brings guest-submitted ideas into restaurants. According to the brand, putting leadership directly in the mix is meant to keep that loop going, just with fewer steps. And if you’re worried this is a one-time stunt, Burger King says it plans to expand these direct feedback moments later this year, with more of its team, franchisees, and restaurant crew getting involved too.

So yes, you can still keep your complaint to yourself. But now you also have the option to text it straight to the top.
