My bread looked beautiful, golden brown, when I put it on the cooling rack. I came back an hour later and the whole middle had sunk. The peanut butter flavor is mostly in the center where the added 2 tbs of peanut butter accumulated. My bread came out on the dry side, as stated by previous reviewer.
