Chick-fil-A Tests Vending Machine With Wraps and Chips

  • Chick-fil-A is piloting its first vending machine at a Georgia hospital, open 24/6.
  • It’s a card-only, temperature-controlled unit restocked by staff.
  • You can select from four items—two wraps, two chip varieties—with no classic lemonade available (just yet).

Chick-fil-A just low-key launched its first-ever vending machine, and honestly? It’s a big slay for the night-shift crew. The pilot “market fridge” lives inside a hospital in Augusta, Georgia, and it’s basically a 24/6 snack lifeline—card and mobile pay only, touchscreen ordering, and a chill, temperature-controlled setup so your wrap isn’t doing warm yoga in there. (Yes, it’s closed on Sundays. Tradition is tradition.)

Before you sprint over expecting a full combo, this is grab-and-go, not a mini restaurant. On the menu is the Chick-fil-A Cool Wrap with Avocado Lime Ranch, a Southwest Veggie Wrap with Creamy Salsa, plus two extremely appropriate substitutes for waffle fries: Original Waffle Potato Chips and Chick-fil-A Sauce–Flavored Waffle Potato Chips. Reported prices land around $8.49 for the Cool Wrap, $7.99 for the veggie wrap, and $2.19 for chips. Each item is sealed, kept cold, and tracked so anything nearing its date gets pulled. Shout out to no funky 2 a.m. surprises.

A few notes from the fine print: no cash, no custom orders, and—pour one out—no lemonade… yet. The machine sits near a Chick-fil-A on the hospital campus, and local team members restock it, which is why the whole thing takes a sabbath on Sundays. As for how long this test runs or where it pops up next, Chick-fil-A’s playing it coy for now.

Still, if you’ve ever wished for a quick CFA wrap and chip fix between rounds, study sessions, or “why am I even awake” o’clock, this little cluck-bot is kind of perfect. Fingers crossed the glide-thru vibe makes its way across the country sooner rather than later… say, like, straight to my apartment lobby or something. A guy can dream, right?

My blog has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my authorization. Do you know any methods to help protect against content from being ripped off? I’d certainly appreciate it.
