The balance between the crunch of the chicken and the softness of the bun works really well together, giving your mouth a world of textures to enjoy. The spice is apparent, but not overwhelming. It won’t set your mouth on fire, but it’s not hiding either. This really allows all of the flavors of the sandwich to shine through—pickles included.
And speaking of, the addition of pickles to the sandwich is really a no-brainer—after all, brine is the flavor of the moment. This feels like an elevated fast-food sandwich, and one that I’ll definitely order up again.
