  • Hidden Valley is launching an exclusive Ranch-bassador Program this summer, in which four people will be tasked with capturing content throughout Europe.
  • Fans of the brands can apply for the esteemed position online beginning March 31.
  • Two teams of two will be selected for the salaried job, which will run over eight weeks.

Do you dunk your pizza in Ranch dressing? Swear by Ranch over blue cheese on buffalo wings? Then this just might be your time to shine! Hidden Valley Ranch is launching a program specifically for Ranch lovers to help spread the gospel of the creamy dressing beyond America. Created in the 1950s, Ranch is a strictly American condiment and has not yet crossed over into other territories.

Here in the States, you’ll find people using it for everything from salad dressing to a dip for wings to a flavor packet for mac and cheese. Over in Europe, however, you won’t even find a bottle on store shelves—utter blasphemy! But Hidden Valley’s brand-new Ranch-bassador Program aims to solve that very real problem.

Beginning March 31, 2026, fans of the brand will be able to apply to become one of four Ranch-bassadors (comprised of two teams of two), who will be granted the opportunity to travel across Europe and the UK as “on-the-ground culinary explorers while tasting, testing, and pairing ranch with regional fare.” The Ranch-bassadors will be tasked with spreading the joy (literally) of Ranch around the country, trying it with local foods and getting creative with pairing it with different countries’ esteemed culinary delicacies.

Even better, your title as Ranch-bassador is not just a title, but an actual job, complete with a salary. Here’s everything we know about the soon-to-be much sought-after position:

  • Hidden Valley is looking for two duos who will apply as a pair and must be comfortable sharing housing.
  • The job runs for eight weeks in the summer of 2026.
  • The position includes seven weeks of all-expenses-paid international, multi-country travel.
  • It is a salaried position requiring a 40-hour work week.
  • Each duo will have weekly content expectations that will be published across social media (equipment provided), including:
    • Four shortform videos (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
    • One long-form YouTube episode
    • Supporting photo and video assets to be captured throughout the assignment

These Europeans have no idea what they’ve been missing! Those interested—and let’s be honest, who wouldn’t be?—can visit the brand’s countdown site and sign up to be notified as soon as applications open at the end of the month. We’re rooting for you, ranch lovers!
