Daylight Saving Time always throws me off. I may not know what time it is, but I do know I’m hungry in the morning.

Conveniently, Burger King is running a week of Royal Perks breakfast freebies with a purchase of $3 or more (and yes, it’s all app/online only) from March 8 through March 14, which is a pretty solid way to soften the blow of losing an hour.

Here’s a rundown of the lineup: On March 8, members can score a free Breakfast Burrito Jr. Then, March 9 brings a free Croissan’wich with that same $3+ purchase. If your morning survival plan involves caffeine first, March 10 is your day, because you can grab a free Medium Iced Coffee.

March 11 gets you free 5-piece French Toast Sticks, followed by free Large Hash Browns on March 12. On March 13, the freebie is a Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit. Burger King is also tossing coffee fans a little extra love all week, with a small hot coffee for 150 Crowns instead of the usual 200.

The week wraps on March 14 (Pi Day), leaning into dessert: Royal Perks members can get a free Hershey’s Sundae Pie or Cinnamon Apple Pie with a $3.14+ purchase. And if you’re already planning your next excuse to treat yourself, Burger King also has a St. Patrick’s Day deal on March 17 where Royal Perks members can snag large onion rings for just $2.

Your clock may be confused, but your breakfast plan doesn’t have to be.
