I have made and eaten many many many Chicken Noodle Soups. I eat them all but chicken noodle is my favorite. This recipe is hands down my favorite (better than my own recipe). I loved the tang the peppers added but I do recommend getting the mild. The medium heat ones I bought would have been too spicy for most I think. I typically use white meat but have to admit the dark did give the broth more flavor than white meat. The only thing that didn’t work for me was that there was no liquid left once the noodles cooked. It needs more liquid. I added 2 cups of water which was perfect and didn’t jeopardize the overall flavor. With that being said, I’m still giving this 5 stars. It is an excellent soup, simple to make, and full of flavor. Thanks for sharing!
