Just in time for Universal Pictures and DreamWorks Animation’s live action remake of How to Train Your Dragon, Burger King is firing things up in the kitchen for the ultimate collab. Available now at participating locations, diners can eat like a Viking warrior, thanks to the new How to Train Your Dragon meal.

The limited-time menu features four new menu items: the Dragon Flame-Grilled Whopper, Fiery Dragon Mozzarella Fries, Soaring Strawberry Lemonade, and Viking’s Chocolate Sundae. You can order each item individually or as part of a larger meal. The Flame & Flight Combo includes all four items, while The Soaring Flame Combo includes everything but the sundae.

If you aren’t dining alone, you can opt for The Berk Bundle For Two, which includes two whoppers, two lemonades, fiery mozzarella fries, and regular mozzarella fries. The Soaring Family Feast is a meal fit for a warrior (or a few), with two whoppers, two original chicken sandwiches, two medium fries, two sundaes, and one fiery mozzarella fries. Prices and taxes will vary by location, but based on my research in NYC, these combos are all pretty good deals.

So, what should you scoop up while you can? I tasted everything to bring you a sneak peek:

The Dragon Flame-Grilled Whopper is your standard quarter pounder with all the fixings—bacon, tomatoes, onions, pickles, American cheese, lettuce, ketchup, and mayo—but with a fun twist. Instead of your typical bun, this one is red and orange marbled (made with natural spices and vegetables) and topped with black sesame seeds. Unwrapping it is sure to put a smile on any dragon-lover’s face.

Last year’s popular limited-time Fiery Mozzarella Fries are back with a new name but the same great spice. In lieu of your standard breading, these mozz fries are covered in black pepper and Calabrian chili pepper breading, giving you some fire-breathing powers. The kick is a bit delayed, so keep this in mind before scarfing down the whole pack at once. I recommend dipping them in your sundae to help quell some of that heat!

The Soaring Strawberry Lemonade is made with real fruit puree and tastes like a sweet strawberry candy. While it’s certainly refreshing, it is on the sweeter side.

Lastly, the Viking’s Chocolate Sundae, made with vanilla soft serve, Hershey’s chocolate syrup, and cookie crumbles. It’s not so different than a classic sundae, but the crumbles on top provide some great texture and, as I mentioned, it makes for a great treat to dip your ‘fries’ into.

In addition to the specialty menu items, Burger King is also rolling out Night Fury Flight, a game within the BK app, available through July 13. Fans can play the game for a chance to win daily prizes, from exclusive merch to AMC gift cards, and even a trip to Universal Orlando’s Isle of Berk attraction. Go on, Bud. Try it if you dare.

  1. Its such as you learn my mind! You appear to grasp a lot
about this, such as you wrote the ebook in it or something.
I think that you simply can do with some % to
force the message house a bit, but other than that, that is wonderful blog.

A great read. I’ll certainly be back.

  2. Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to
my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the
shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it
pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
