- Fans are already asking for it nationwide, and the all-day hash browns also available in testing cities have customers psyched.
Breakfast sandwich fans are in for a treat during their next Burger King visit—that is, if you live in Raleigh, North Carolina or Portland, Oregon. The two major cities are the testing hubs for a brand new breakfast burger that fans are already demanding become part of the permanent menu.
The new burger, the Bacon Cheddar Hash Whopper, comes on a sesame seed bun and is topped with a quarter-pound beef patty, bacon, an egg patty, cheddar cheese sauce, hash browns, and hollandaise aioli. It will retail for $7.99 for a full-size Whopper and $4.79 for a Whopper Jr size. Of note, because the burger will be available all day long, hash browns will also be available for purchase all day at the testing locations.
“Why would they have to test something that dank and delicious!? just put it on the menu people will order them,” commented one eager customer on an Instagram post announcing the new menu item.
“We need this now,” commented another. “That sounds delicious. Ill have 5,” one person wrote on a Reddit thread. “Is this real? I’ve been wanting this for years. There goes that healthy lifestyle 2026,” another wrote.
“That’s just like the breakfast burger from Carl’s !! But better because it’s sold ALL DAY…. Best hangover cure ever,” another fan commented.
While both Raleigh and Portland are confirmed as testing cities, it’s possible that the Whopper could be available to test in other select markets, as well—so keep your eyes peeled!
