I’m certain that it was operator error, but the middle of my Amish Apple Fritter Bread SANK, HORRIBLY! The ‘cake’ was nice and moist, the apples good and tender, delicious. Now granted, I live at “Mile High” elevation and didn’t make any adjustments for the altitude, so we’ll give it another go.
