Sure, mimosas are great. But when you’re hosting brunch for a big group, brunch punch is where it’s at. With a full bottle of bubbly and plenty of vodka, it’s just the thing to get the party going. The secret to the success of this sparkling punch is the mix of fruits and juices. For mine, I went with orange juice and pineapple juice—with Sprite adding a touch of citrus and even more sparkle—and fresh strawberries and raspberries, but feel free to switch your fruits up a bit to your taste!
This is a super simple punch that takes almost no time to prepare, but if you are really in a rush, the juices, vodka, fruits, and mint can be combined a day ahead of time, though the fruit will soften considerably and lose some of its freshness. Just be sure to add in the ice and sparkling ingredients when you are ready to serve.
