Stuffing deserves to be taken seriously, but that doesn\u2019t necessarily mean you need to put a ton of effort into it. While a homemade stuffing is great (like our <u data-node-id=\"1.4.0\">gnocchi stuffing<\/u> and <u data-node-id=\"1.6.0\">croissant stuffing<\/u>), a box of store-bought works too, especially on a busy cooking day like Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"2\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">We wanted to taste-test as many stuffings as we could get our hands on to see which ones were worth that prime Thanksgiving plate real estate. We were looking for both the brands that held up to nostalgia, AND could also fool anyone into believing they were made from scratch. We tried a total of 8 overall. The bread base is just the right amount of toasted and caramelized, making for a stuffing that&#8217;s tender and crispy around the edges (no mush here).
