The restaurant chain tried to retire its Skillet Queso just a few weeks back, and fans quickly had something to say about it. <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"3\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">After countless comments, memes, and dramatic break-up threats in the replies, they\u2019re now reversing course: Skillet Beef Queso is coming back\u2014and it\u2019s returning to the menu December 9, 2025, side-by-side with the newer Southwestern Queso. <\/p>\n<section data-embed=\"x\" data-lazy-id=\"P0-13\" data-node-id=\"4\" class=\"embed\"\/>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"5\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">For the un-Chili&#8217;s queso initiated, it was in early October that they swapped in Southwestern Queso\u2014American and cheddar cheese with fire-roasted green chiles, onions, and a hit of lime\u2014and pulled both Skillet Beef Queso and White Skillet Queso. Sly, they were not, and die-hard Chili\u2019s lovers immediately took notice.
