The grower, Moonlight Companies, is recalling select yellow and white fruit shipped nationwide from September 16 to October 29, 2025, after bacteria were detected at a packaging facility. The FDA says<\/a> the recall is precautionary; no illnesses have been reported, but this is one of those \u201cdon\u2019t risk it, just check it\u201d moments.<\/p>\n
Both individual peaches and multi-packs are included, with PLU stickers (4401 or 4044, with some white peaches displaying 4404), plus a facility code of \u201cP1.\u201d Multi-packs carry specific UPCs (including a Kroger-labeled family pack), and affected lots include numerous codes. If your peaches say \u201cWashington\u201d and\/or \u201cOrganic,\u201d they\u2019re not<\/em> part of this recall.<\/p>\n
