According <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldbeststeaks.com\/best-burger\/heard\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.worldbeststeaks.com\/best-burger\/heard\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"to a new global ranking\" data-node-id=\"2.7\" class=\"body-link css-1i7jlb0 emevuu60\">to a new global ranking<\/a>, restaurants in Spain, London, Copenhagen, and Stockholm owned the top five.  <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"3\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">That said, several American restaurants did make the list. New York City&#8217;s own Sip &amp; Guzzle at No.13\u2014making it the highest-ranked burger in the U.S. It&#8217;s pretty easy to understand why: the signature Wagyu tenderloin Tavern Burger is caramelized, basted with beef tallow, topped with a slice of parmesan, and sandwiched between two sesame potato buns.  <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"4\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">Fellow NYC hotspot Nowon followed at No. 15 with its dry-aged cheeseburger, while The Loyalist (Chicago) landed at No.19 for its top-awarded cheeseburger with melty cheese and crunchy pickles. <\/p>\n<section data-embed=\"watch-next\" data-lazy-id=\"P0-14\" data-node-id=\"5\" class=\"embed\"\/>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"6\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">Brooklyn&#8217;s Red Hook Tavern and its viral burger (American cheese, white onions, fries on the side) slid into the top 25, as did the 4 Charles iconic double Wagyu cheeseburger with Marie Rose sauce. <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"7\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">You may have to travel a bit for the very top picks, but they might be worth the miles. Here&#8217;s what made the top 10:  <\/p>\n<ol data-node-id=\"9\" class=\"css-kw9lqy emevuu60\">\n<li data-node-id=\"9.0\"><strong data-node-id=\"9.0.0\">Hundred Burgers <\/strong>(Valencia, Spain)<strong data-node-id=\"9.0.2\">: <\/strong>Known for its house-made brioche buns! <\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"9.1\"><strong data-node-id=\"9.1.0\">Bleecker Burger <\/strong>(London)<strong data-node-id=\"9.1.2\">:<\/strong> A straightforward cheeseburger that&#8217;s wowed judges time and time again. <\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"9.2\"><strong data-node-id=\"9.2.0\">Black Bear Burger <\/strong>(London)<strong data-node-id=\"9.2.2\">: <\/strong>Beloved for its dry-aged beef in both classic and brisket burgers. <\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"9.3\"><strong data-node-id=\"9.3.0\">Popl Burger <\/strong>(Copenhagen)<strong data-node-id=\"9.3.2\">: <\/strong>A classic cheeseburger with vegan and vegetarian options.<\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"9.4\"><strong data-node-id=\"9.4.0\">Funky Chicken <\/strong>(Stockholm)<strong data-node-id=\"9.4.2\">: <\/strong>The &#8220;messy&#8221; Triple Cheeseburger has three thick patties, layers of toppings, and a cloud-like bun.<\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"9.5\"><strong data-node-id=\"9.5.0\">Gasoline Grill <\/strong>(Copenhagen)<strong data-node-id=\"9.5.2\">: <\/strong>This organic beef cheeseburger is topped with onions, pickles, and &#8220;Gasoline Sauce.&#8221; <\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"9.6\"><strong data-node-id=\"9.6.0\">La Birra Bar <\/strong>(Buenos Aires)<strong data-node-id=\"9.6.2\">: <\/strong>The Royale With Cheese is piled with cheese (obvi), bacon, and tangy sauces. <\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"9.7\"><strong data-node-id=\"9.7.0\">Hawksmoor <\/strong>(London)<strong data-node-id=\"9.7.2\">: <\/strong>The Big Matt features two dry-aged patties, melty cheese, veggies, and a special sauce. <\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"9.8\"><strong data-node-id=\"9.8.0\">Burger &amp; Beyond <\/strong>(London)<strong data-node-id=\"9.8.2\">:<\/strong> Home to two icons\u2014the dry-aged cheeseburger and thick Bougie Burger\u2014both slathered with beef fat onions.<\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"9.9\"><strong data-node-id=\"9.9.0\">Next Door<\/strong> (Sydney): A focus on ingredients and execution with a CopperTree Farms beef patty, rose mayo, and classics like ketchup, pickles, and onions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"10\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">Maybe America isn&#8217;t the burger capital after all.
