The U.S. Food &amp; Drug Administration (FDA) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accessdata.fda.gov\/scripts\/ires\/?Event=97751\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.accessdata.fda.gov\/scripts\/ires\/?Event=97751\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"has recalled three popular Coca-Cola products\" data-node-id=\"2.1\" class=\"body-link css-1i7jlb0 emevuu60\">has recalled three popular Coca-Cola products<\/a> that may contain metal.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"3\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">The recall applies to just over 4,000 units produced by Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, LLC, a manufacturer based in Texas. All affected products were sold in Texas, so anyone outside of the Lone Star State can rest easy. The specific products are: <\/p>\n<ul data-node-id=\"5\" class=\"css-kw9lqy emevuu60\">\n<li data-node-id=\"5.0\">Coca-Cola cans, 24-pack (UPC 49000012781 \/ code date JUN2926MAA)<\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"5.1\">Coca-Cola cans, 35-pack (UPC 49000058499 \/ code date FEB0226MAA)<\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"5.2\">Coca-Cola Zero Sugar cans, 12-pack (UPC 49000012781 \/ code date JUN2926MAA)<\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"5.3\">Coca-Cola Zero Sugar cans, 35-pack (UPC 49000058468 \/ code date JUN2926MAA)<\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"5.4\">Sprite cans, 12-pack (UPC 49000028928 \/ code date JUN2926MAA)<\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"5.5\">Sprite cans, 12-pack (UPC 49000028928 \/ code date JUN3026MAB)<\/li>\n<li data-node-id=\"5.6\">Sprite cans, 35-pack (UPC 49000058482 \/ code date JUN2926MAA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"6\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">At this time, no other Coca-Cola products are affected.<\/p>\n<section data-embed=\"watch-next\" data-lazy-id=\"P0-14\" data-node-id=\"7\" class=\"embed\"\/>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"8\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">The FDA announced the recall on October 20, classifying it <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/medical-devices\/postmarket-requirements-devices\/recalls-corrections-and-removals-devices\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/medical-devices\/postmarket-requirements-devices\/recalls-corrections-and-removals-devices\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"as a Class II\" data-node-id=\"8.1\" class=\"body-link css-1i7jlb0 emevuu60\">as a Class II<\/a>, which means any health effects are expected to be temporary or medically reversible.  Still, if you have any of the affected products, do not drink them, as consuming metal fragments can cause internal injury.
