In the wake of his tragic passing, which was confirmed by the team on Saturday, she shared a touching tribute.  <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"3\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">&#8220;So heartbroken over this news,&#8221; she wrote on Instagram stories alongside a group photo with her husband, John Cusimano, the late NFL star, and his wife, Jennifer Richmond. &#8220;Nick had a big heart and was a great friend.
