The bakery department is now stocked with new and returning pastries that are worth the trip on their own. And since Delish<\/em> editors live and breathe Costco, we got our hands on some of the seasonal treats to try for ourselves. Here\u2019s what you can\u2019t miss.<\/p>\n

No shade to Punxsutawney Phil, but I only trust Costco to tell me when spring has arrived\u2014and that moment is when the Lemon BlueberryLoaf returns.<\/p>\n

The perennial favorite features a soft, tender lemon cake studded with blueberries. And as if that weren\u2019t decadent enough already, each loaf is topped with buttery streusel and a tangy lemon icing.<\/p>\n

Costco changed its muffinrecipein late 2024, and members have argued ever since that it wasn\u2019t for the better. Many believe the newer version is smaller, drier, and less flavorful, and the shift has pushed some shoppers to abandon the muffins entirely.<\/p>\n

But the new Coffee Cake Muffins, sold in an eight-pack for $6.99, are worth giving a shot. While nothing will fully fill the void left by the OG formula, these come pretty close.<\/p>\n

Compared to some of the other muffin flavors at the warehouse, this one has a more cupcake-adjacent texture. Each muffin has a cinnamon-swirled interior and a crumbly streusel topping. Our only gripe is that we wish there were more streusel, but the Coffee Cake Muffins are definitely Delish<\/em>-approved.<\/p>\n

Costco always kills it when it comes to bar cakes. From tuxedo chocolate mousse to cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, these rectangular layered desserts usually pack in plenty of flavor and texture in every bite. But the warehouse may have outdone itself with this one.<\/p>\n

The Caramel Tres Leches Bar Cake is officially back in the bakery, and you really do not want to miss it. Each cake features two layers of tres leches-soaked sponge cake, topped with caramel custard mousse and caramel glaze.<\/p>\n

While we would love for the crumb to be slightly finer, the cake is perfectly moist and just sweet enough. The caramel doesn\u2019t overpower the tres leches flavor either, so that mild, milky richness still gets to shine. Our editors have tried a lot of Costco bar cakes, and this just might be our favorite one yet. Each cake costs $17.99.<\/p>\n
