For a brand that\u2019s built a loyal following on bowls and pitas loaded with greens, grains, dips, and toppings, this feels like a pretty natural move to reel more customers in.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"2\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">The new protein is a roasted salmon fillet finished with a pomegranate glaze, which gives it a sweet-tart flavor that lines up well with the rest of CAVA\u2019s current offerings.
