We\u2019re not even three months into 2026, and we\u2019ve already seen numerous big-name brands getting sued for everything from false advertising to price-fixing schemes, including Costco, Starbucks, David Protein, and PepsiCo. Now, KIND is the latest brand to face legal action.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"3\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">A new class action <a href=\"https:\/\/topclassactions.com\/lawsuit-settlements\/lawsuit-news\/kind-sued-over-alleged-lead-in-healthy-grains-dark-chocolate-clusters\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/topclassactions.com\/lawsuit-settlements\/lawsuit-news\/kind-sued-over-alleged-lead-in-healthy-grains-dark-chocolate-clusters\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"lawsuit\" data-node-id=\"3.1\" class=\"body-link css-8bav6j emevuu60\">lawsuit<\/a> alleges that the company misled consumers by failing to disclose that its KIND Healthy Grains Dark Chocolate Clusters contain a substantial amount of lead. The lawsuit accuses KIND of unlawful business acts and practices, deceptive advertising, breach of express warranty, and unjust enrichment.
