Sitting with Delish<\/em> Editorial Director Joanna Saltz and his wife, Lisa, while eating lobster tails, Buddy started talking about his father, who helped shape both the family business and the pastries that became staples at Carlo’s Bakery. And then he told a story that honestly stops you in your tracks.<\/p>\n
Buddy explained that after his father died, the bakery was struggling to get the lobster tails just right. His dad had always handled the final touches. Then, Buddy said, he had the first dream he’d had of his father since he passed.<\/p>\n
