A modern miracle, considering how many of us have taken a warehouse trip to only walk out with a 10-pack of socks, a rotisserie chicken, and a kayak instead of just the cake you came for. <\/p>\n<section data-embed=\"watch-next\" data-lazy-id=\"P0-16\" data-node-id=\"5\" class=\"embed\"\/>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"6\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">Vachris specifically cited member feedback as the reason for the shift. &#8220;Many of the things that we&#8217;ve heard from our members that could be a little bit clunky are now moving to a digital state,&#8221; he said, &#8220;and we\u2019re seeing great adoption right out of the chute.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"7\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">And if you&#8217;ve ever had to visit Costco twice for one cake\u2014once to place the order, once to pick it up\u2014you already get why this is a big deal. So the rollout may already be popping up in the wild depending on where you live\u2014but it&#8217;s not universal yet.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"11\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">When this becomes widely available, it&#8217;ll be a rare Costco win that makes it easier to order a cake while sitting on your couch.
