Big-name brands like Starbucks, Chobani, and Pepsi have all been hit with suits late,y and the next one on the docket is Costco. One of the wholesale giant&#8217;s most popular products is now under fire for allegedly misleading consumers. The rotisserie chicken (yes, the $4.99 one), reportedly contains ingredients that plaintiffs say aren&#8217;t being clearly disclosed on the packaging, despite &#8220;no preservatives: messaging. <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"3\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">The lawsuit accuses Costco of misleading shoppers by advertising its Kirkland Signature Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken as containing &#8220;no preservatives,&#8221; even though the ingredient list includes sodium phosphate and carrageenan. According to the suit, both are used to preserve food.
