\nStarbucks just revealed what it’s rolling out for its February menu<\/a>, and it’s… a lot (but in the best way possible). <\/p>\n
There are two new matcha drinks joining the year-round lineup, two Valentine’s Day drinks that are clearly here to be photographed for your Stories, a new dark roast for the “I just want coffee” crowd, and a bakery lineup guaranteed to drain all your Stars.<\/p>\n

Starbucks says it has notes of toasted sugar and rich walnut, and it\u2019s a blend from Colombia, Sumatra, and Brazil.<\/p>\n

For anyone who claims they’re just popping in for a drink and then leaves with a variety of pastries, February is going to be a tough month for you.<\/p>\n
Separately, Starbucks is kicking off 2026 with a genuinely random, very real collaboration alongside YouTube creator and online personality MrBeast. Starting January 14, Starbucks Refreshers are getting “beastified”<\/a> with a limited-time drink called the Cannon Ball Drink. <\/p>\n
