\nPrepare to feel old: this year marks the 35th anniversary of the number one holiday movie (you know it’s true), Home Alone<\/em>. To celebrate this momentous occasion, Disney+ and Hulu teamed up to create the world’s largest gingerbread house\u2014breaking the Guinness World Record in the process. The best part? It was modeled after Kevin McCallister\u2019s house from the movie. <\/p>\n
The house, which took eight days to build, stood over 22 feet tall and used 4,200 gingerbread brick tiles to complete. In total, the gingerbread house measures 44,838 cubic feet, setting a new world record. <\/p>\n

You’ll even see nods to the film, including the infamous (and durable) driveway statue, a replica Little Nero’s delivery car, and the Wet Bandits’ stealthy getaway truck. <\/p>\n
