What Do Zero Sugar Oreos Taste Like?<\/h2>\n
To truly put the cookie to the test, I opened up a pack of the original to compare it to. Already, there were noticeable differences…strangely enough, not in the original\u2019s favor! The Zero Sugar cookie looked crisper, cleaner, and more amply stuffed with filling. And when it came to taste, let me tell you\u2014I was so<\/em> happily surprised. <\/p>\n

Overall, it\u2019s a great cookie. Most Delish<\/em> editors who sampled the new cookie said that if they hadn\u2019t tasted it back-to-back with the original, they\u2019d never guess it was sugar-free, and I agree. There is a subtle difference in taste, though\u2014for me, it was a bit less cocoa-forward and much snappier in texture. However, the difference was most discernible when trying the filling on its own. It\u2019s a bit softer than the classic filling and has a slightly filmy, bitter aftertaste, but only when you\u2019re eating it on its own. Otherwise, it\u2019s masked by the sandwich cookies. <\/p>\n
The Verdict<\/h2>\n
I still plan to stick with my OG Oreos when shopping, but I wouldn\u2019t turn down the Zero Sugar version if offered. The true test will be if I can down a whole sleeve in one sitting. <\/p>\n
