I went with my three favorite fruit flavors—strawberries ‘n’ cream, mixed berry vanilla, and peaches ‘n’ cream—but the yogurt base is completely customizable to whatever fruit combination you have on hand. You can also take the savings a step further and use frozen fruit instead of fresh. And the best part? These are super-easy to batch and sip on all week long.

How much protein and fiber is in this?
Each flavor packs about 19 g. protein into a single serving, making these a serious rival for the store-bought stuff. The yogurt alone has 16 g., but the added boost of protein comes from the hemp seeds. If you’re looking to boost your fiber intake instead, swap the hemp seeds for chia seeds to get this to a whopping 6 g. fiber.

What is this sweetened with?
Just like the packaged version, these are sweetened with stevia, but you can opt for your favorite sweetener and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
