Since first premiering in 2020, the cast has been absolutely carrying reality TV on their back—including OG Housewife Meredith Marks.

She’s a wife, a mother, and a successful entrepreneur. Marks has an award-winning jewelry line, a Park City boutique, and now her very own caviar brand. Meredith Marks Caviar is as luxurious and chic as the woman herself, making the Housewife a bona fide food expert.

Marks stopped by Delish Kitchen Studios for On My Plate, a series where celebs share what they typically eat in a day. And she’s holding nothing back. Receipts! Proof! Timeline! Screenshots!

You’re getting an exclusive look at what foods you can find Meredith Marks eating. The Housewife loves to dine out, so you can often find her at the swankiest restaurants in the country. And in the video above, she dishes about everything—like where she likes to grab her morning coffee, her go-to restaurant in Park City, and the foods you will never find on her plate.

Some of her favorites are exactly what you’d expect. Her go-to cocktail? Belvedere, up, lemon twist, ice on the side. The best kind of takeout? Dim sum. Her favorite topping for eggs? Caviar, obviously.

But you can also expect some hot takes. Marks has some strong words for pancakes, waffles, and French toast. She’s also decidedly not a sandwich person; instead, you can find her ordering a sandwich-inspired salad from La Scala in Los Angeles. “It’s almost like if you took the insides of an Italian sub and chopped it up in a salad,” she says.
