Benny Blanco knows the way to his now fiancé’s heart, and it’s Taco Bell. The producer proposed to Selena Gomez with a massive $200k marquise diamond (per WWD) and an entire picnic catered by the fast food joint.

“Forever begins now..,” Gomez wrote on Instagram alongside a carousel of images from the evening, which included a snapshot of the Only Murders In the Building star surrounded by Taco Bell boxes—which look to include nachos and, we’re pretty sure, a Mexican pizza. After all, Blanco did shower Gomez with T-Bell for Valentine’s Day too, when she shared on her V-day Insta post: “Not only do you love me unconditionally … You always get me my Taco Bell Mexican pizza.”

And while we wouldn’t put it past Blanco to create this engagement set-up all on his own, some people are convinced that he popped the question during a commercial shoot for the brand.

“I have further proof that Taco Bell sponsored Selena Gomez’s engagement,” TikToker @chloeeleanorr said on the platform. “Something about this just looked off. The Taco Bell perfectly facing the camera with a glass of champagne … Then I saw her story, she’s on a set. Either Taco Bell sponsored this or he proposed to her during a Taco Bell shoot. Both fantastic options.”

Fellow social media users were quick to agree. “No it’s literally a set I clocked it the minute I saw it,” one person chimed in, while another said, “It’s the lack of reflection of the nachos for me.”

“Being sponsored by Taco Bell for ur proposal is actually iconic,” a third person chimed in. Others, however, had a different theory: “Wait but he did a video once where he said she loved Taco Bell I think he was just trying to make a picnic of her favorite things !!”

That theory would make sense given the couple’s shared affinity for the fast food chain. In November, Blanco told People that he learned to “recreate Taco Bell meat” for Gomez. “I’ve practiced a lot, and I think it’s pretty indistinguishable now if you put them side by side,” he said. “There’s so many things you have to do. Part of the meat is kind of blended. It’s disgusting, but it’s delicious. I do it all from scratch.”

I think we can all venture a guess on who’s catering the wedding…
