Please excuse us while we pick our mouths off the ground because this throwback photo of Prue Leith is absolutely jaw-dropping. The stunning image was shared earlier this week by the official Instagram account for The Great British Bake Off and was met with a flood of comments from shocked fans.

In the photo, Leith, clad in a silky gown, can be seen gazing at the camera while she stands behind a bar.

“Of course Prue looked this glammy in the 1970s,” read a caption for the photo.

One user compared The Great British Bake Off judge to a Bond girl, while a number of other fans pointed out that she looks just like late actress Natalie Wood. Others weren’t terribly shocked to see Leith living her most glam life.

“Wow! What a knock out! But she’s still as stunning today as in the 70’s,” said one user.

“Prue is the cutest. I look forward to seeing what she’ll wear each week,” another person commented.

Despite the glamour of the photo, Leith previously revealed that she had quite the humble beginning at the start of her career. While speaking with Metro last year, she explained that at one point she was using her bathtub to clean food.

“I was on the top floor of this large house and I would be washing lettuces and storing crabs and mussels in the bath on the landing,” Leith shared with Metro. “Fortunately my landlady had no sense of smell and never came upstairs—so she had no idea I was running a business from up there…One time I was washing the floor in the bedsit and got a mighty electric shock from the cooker and was thrown across the room.”

She also recently revealed to Delish stories about the time she cooked for the Beatles, and how Ringo Starr had some specific instructions for her. “Ringo said, ‘Don’t put any chopped parsley on it,'” Leith said. “So, I said, ‘Why would I put chopped parsley on a fry up sausage, bacon, eggs?’ He said, ‘You chefs, you put green stuff on everything. I hate green stuff.'”
