Want to be the hero of your Christmas party or Thanksgiving? There’s a big hunk of meat at Costco with your name on it.
Once again, members of the warehouse can buy a massive Spanish Serrano ham leg this holiday season for just $99.99.
Ideal for holiday entertaining, the 14-pound, bone-in ham leg is aged 12 months and cured in the Pyrenees mountains with Mediterranean sea salt. The large chunk of ham also comes with a stand, knife, and instructions for how to carve it.
Costco shoppers are raving about the Noel Consorcio Spanish Serrano Ham that Costco sells. In one Reddit thread, a customer revealed that purchasing one for Christmas left them in “heaven for a couple of hours.”
“Oh man, I got one hanging in my shower right now,” one person admitted. Okay sure!
“OMG I get one whenever I see it. It’s an amazing deal, and delicious!” another user added.
For anyone who own cats, one Redditor did offer this warning: “I’m so fascinated by this, but this is just a recipe for future disaster and heartbreak with our thieving, ham-loving cat… I hope you enjoy your wealth!”
If time isn’t quite on your side this holiday season, Costco gives you the option of purchasing the Spanish Serrano Ham online and having it delivered to your home. Keep in mind that at $119.99, the online version costs a little more.
Where will you be eating your massive ham leg this holiday season? (We hope not in the shower.)
