Now that Halloween is over and Starbucks just unveiled its new holiday cups, we can safely say “Tis the season!”

Starting November 7, Starbucks locations across the country will be looking very merry and bright as the chain debuts four new hot cup designs and a cold cup for the holidays. The collection of festive cups was designed by Starbucks’ creative director Kristy Cameron and was inspired by moments of joy and coffee.

In addition to highlighting the color green, the new cups will also feature cozy charms that look like old-fashioned holiday ornaments or peppermints.

“We’re really excited to lean into greens this year,” Cameron said in a statement. “The jade green is so vibrant and bright, and we love how it references our brand colors in a way that brings a spark of joy to our holiday cups this season.”

The year’s theme is “Merrier Together,” but there is some division among fans regarding how they feel about the new cups. The most common complaint from fans is that they wish the cups had a more traditional holiday design. One person even suggested that Starbucks give customers a chance to design their own cups and then vote on a winner.

“Can we step away from the super mod for a year and do something for traditional or classic? These are lovely but it’s been the theme for awhile and it would be fun to switch it up,” one person wrote on Instagram.
